What is it?
Progesterone is a medication to support your lining, think of it as making your uterus like a comfortable beanbag for an embryo to implant in.
How are they used?
Inserted high vaginally like a tampon (please ask any questions about this, we are happy to help).
What might happen?
You often get a creamy discharge from them so wear a panty liner and don't worry if this happens, you are still getting your medication. Also you can insert them and then go back to whatever you were doing, so no need to remain still after.
What can you do?
In most cases it is brief and harmless but you can apply warmth to the area, take some Panadol or have a warm bath.
